I just want to say, and it may not be my place, that even though we aren’t family and we may barely even be friends; that I’m glad you’re on this earth and in my life to whatever end. You carried another soul in you, for 9 months you did personally protect them. The love you have for your child, in this life is something only a mother can understand.

I know that there were ups and downs, and I’d love to hear about them. Cause a child; no matter how old, is worth the words we spend. I know there have been hard decisions and oh so many tears. I know in the deepest part of your heart you hold your hopes and fears.

To all the those now gone, mothers and children alike. To the ones up in heaven, who have moved on from this life. Let us today remember how special they are, take the time to forge your memories of them into stories and make sure to tell them. They are worth it!

Thank you to your mother, for carrying you here. Thank you to your mother, for the love and life they chose to share.

Thank you for being a mother, that your child can hold so dear. Thank you for your love and life that you continue to share.
